Zen Daijun is a lush and tranquil valley long regarded as sacred or holy by the people of Cantha. It is watched over and protected from harm by the kirin Zunraa.

Talk to Guard Lae Fao in Seitung Harbor. Completion of the Zen Daijun mission is a requirement, even for non-Factions characters.

- Zunraa can be summoned to help your party by using a Shrine of Zunraa.
- These quests will affect the spawns in this area:
- Vanquisher runs of this area without active quests yielded roughly 165 foes or so. Discounting quest influences, it has been reported to range from 1 to 166.
- Factions characters can vanquish this area easily using an exploit. Complete the quest An Unwelcome Guest and this area will be devoid of enemies when you next enter from Seitung Harbor. Find and kill a Tiger or Crane and you will have vanquished this area.
- Most of the Afflicted groups contains an Afflicted Ritualist. The healing it provides by Spirit Transfer can be annoying, although not troubling. Vanquishing will go faster if your party can prevent that skill from taking effect.
- Afflicted Rangers, Afflicted Monks, Afflicted Mesmers, and Afflicted Elementalists are actually quite rare and are found in only two or three groups.
