Wei Qi crafts prestige armor for Factions professions using the ascended Exotic armor art. All armor is crafted with an empty insignia slot. Fellow armorers Koumei and Maiya are found next to Wei Qi.

Only if your character is not an Assassin or Ritualist primary:
- "When Emperor Kisu's call went out for the finest armor crafters in the land to come here and reward the saviors of Cantha, I expected to find only Assassins and Ritualists. I can see I was wrong. You are a true hero.
- That said, I have not the skills to help one such as you. I recommend you speak with Koumei, who can craft armor truly worthy of your abilities."
