This quest contains 4 sub-quests in which you'll be transfered to a small arena for each of these quests. In each of the sub-quests you will have to fight a few mobs and try out your new skills. 3 of the sub-quests are very easy to do without any special gear, weapons, builds or tricks. Just attack the guys. The Advanced Defence Techniques subquest, however, is very difficult. You have to survive 2 minutes with two lvl 10 NPCs with high health.
So what i did is return at lvl 13 with 65 armor gear and a good 12-27 dmg hammer (when you do all quests you'll have enough money for that). I then focussed on one of the guys until he turned green (passive) and stopped fighting. My health was at about 10% then. Then I started running in circles (don't sprint!) and my health went up and I made the 2 minutes with ease. The guy wil ofcourse follow you and hit you now and then but you'll end with more health then when you started. Running with the 2 guys following you won't work.
Alternatively you can start running after disabling the 2nd guy and confront him when your health is up.

The Warrior is masterful tactician and relies on brute strength and cunning moves to survive. He is a master Swordsman, Axe Wielder, and Hammer Master. If you are ready, speak with Instructor Ng to begin."
Accept: "I am ready to earn my Warrior Insignia."
Decline: "I am not ready yet."
Ask: "It was my understanding that you wished to become an expert Warrior. Speak with Instructor Ng to begin training for your Warrior Insignia."
