I don't really see how that is the case, seeing as I contributed sporadically and didn't touch anything in GWW: namespace other than voting in elections... I've done considerably more "admin-like" things on Emmett (voting on RfAs, commenting on policy changes, etc.) in my opinion- the only thing I can remember specifically not commenting on was the Feedback stuff and that's because I arrived months into the discussion. I tend to be a bit care bear'y in nature and that can lead me to being a bit slower to act on things thus I honestly don't mind if another sysop feels that the user has already had enough chances. Well, before I discovered the vandalism elsewhere I didn't really care whether he was blocked or not, so then when you warned him I thought it would look pretty dumb to be warned and then blocked a second later, so I figured I ought to revert.
