Hey everyone! Todays topic... what skills would be like if i was the maker of guild wars. :)
Today's skill- Mindbender.
Enchantment Spell. For 6...16 seconds, you move 20...33% faster and your Spells take half as long to cast and recharge.

Enchantment Spell. (6...16 seconds.) You move 20...33% faster and your Spells cast and recharge 50% faster.
