This build is based around creating minions and then destroying them, resulting in high armor ignoring AoE damage and degeneration. The main skills are Animate Bone Minions and Death Nova. This build is best used by heroes, who have no trouble micro-managing their enchantments. However, with some practice, a human player can use this build with the same effectiveness.

[edit] Equipment

• Radiant Insignia's and one Bloodstained Insignia, preferable on hands or feet.
• Rune of Superior Vigor.
• Ghial's Staff, The Nightbringer or staffs alike are preferable, but not necessary.

[edit] Usage

• Create minions whenever there's a corpse available.
• Enchant them with Jagged Bones and Death Nova. If you already have minions, cast the enchantments beforehand.
• Use Blood of the Master to keep your minions alive outside of battle. When using it on a hero, disable it as you're entering battle.
• Use Signet of Lost Souls to regain both health and energy.

• Unexploitable corpses.
• Heavy energy-denial.
• Anti caster skills.

[edit] Variants

• For heroes, replace the superior Death rune with a minor Death rune.

Necromancer skills:

• Taste of Death
• Putrid Flesh (Not used by heroes.)
• Rotting Flesh
• Animate Shambling Horror

Ritualist Secondary

• Ancestor's Rage and Splinter Weapon.
• Weapon of Warding and Protective Was Kaolai.

Monk Secondary

• Protective Spirit, Aegis and/or Extinguish.
• Heal Party, Heal Other and/or Karei's Healing Circle.
• Take Dwayna's Sorrow for party support.

PvE-only skills

• Necrosis is quite damaging. Works well with this build, since it spreads conditions.
• Signet of Corruption. Same as above and includes energy management.
• Mindbender is very useful, seeing most skills have a long casting time.
• Ebon Battle Standard of Honor, Ebon Battle Standard of Wisdom and Ebon Battle Standard of Courage are very powerful skills in general.
• Ether Nightmare and Cry of Pain are very powerful. These skills can spread up to 8 health degeneration and a high amount of AoE armor ignoring damage.
