A Tormented Chest will spawn in the Domain of Anguish , nearby The Darkness, after the death of all of them. Each player in the party can open the chest once and will receive Torment Gemstones.

- 1 to 4 gemstones (depending on how many Lords of Anguish were defeated before The Greater Darkness; twice as many in Hard Mode)
