I'm apparently missing something basic, but how do I trade balthazar faction to get a zkey? I have spoken with the priests of balthazar and they do indeed have skills, upgrades and heroes for me to unlock, but I'm not sure how to get a zkey. The Zaishen Key also seems to drop from the chest for the winning team in the Hall of Heroes.

I got 43 FREE Zaishen Keys. I PROMISE ON MY LIFE I am NOT KIDDING!!! I was giong to spend the faction from a bounty quest, but because of lag I accidentally clicked buy with tourny points. I didn't even notice. THen I saw that I still had 7k balth faction so I keppt clicking on the tourny and it KEPT COMING UP!! Bug or something?! It stopped after 43 keys. I'd rather tell you guys then get in trouble for it >.> Sentry007

[edit] Tornament rewards
So I'm still waiting on my rewards from May's tornament (on all three of my accounts) due to the current glitch with the May 18th update. What I don't understand, is why are my May MaT picks still locked up? I can't pick for this months tornament. It looks like I'll get screwed on two months of Zaishen Key rewards at this pace. ---I really hope they get this fixed soon. May was the first time I made predictions. I said to myself "Awesome, here's a way for me to get ecto for my chaos gloves, I see people trading the keys for ecto all the time. Then BOOM, May is out, June is out and the last time I checked JULY IS STILL OUT. Please Anet, I know guild wars is free and your working on Guild Wars 2, but I'm one of the many "NOOB" Players who would rather not spend hours on end farming and getting bored so I can get the item I want to make the game fun.
