[edit] Foe is already on fire.

Heroes use Steam without considering if the foe is burning or not. --AlexTP 12:33, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
Just found this out too. Thought i would give hayda something besides Ebon dust aura since she failed at maintaining that. She fails at knowing how to use this. Justice 04:13, 23 July 2009 (UTC)
