I was screwing around in PvE earlier and Eve used Blood Ritual on me while I was wielding a spear. Did the latest skill balancing/AI modifications (June 18) somehow change this and go undocumented?

Yeah i believe so. I noticed the change aswell and did some testing. The current note is accurate: AI will only not BR or BiP martial proffesions wielding martial weapons. Justice 09:30, 15 September 2009 (UTC)
