Stingray Strand is a beautiful stretch of idyllic beach on the western side of Kryta, that is unfortunately marred by the presence of hostile Tengu and dangerous Skale.

This area is entirely optional with regards to the Prophecies storyline.

The easiest way to reach it is by exiting the Sanctum Cay mission outpost.

• These quests will affect the spawns in this area:
  • The Royal Papers
• There are hidden Large Spined Aloes throughout this area.
• Complete exploration of this area contributes approximately 1.0% to the Tyrian Cartographer title.
• Vanquisher runs of this area without active quests requires defeating around 150 foes. Including quest influences, it has been reported to range from 150 to 170.
  • Keep in mind the diversity of its groups. There are three different attack types that your party needs to be able to counter.
    • The Inferno Imps deal massive fire damage. Skills like Mantra of Flame and Ward Against Elements will be useful.
    • The Caromi Tengu are mostly focused on melee and archers (though some Seers are also to be found). Consider having snares and anti-melee skills like Blurred Vision and Empathy.
    • The Bog Skales will use degeneration and corpse exploitation. Interrupts will be very useful, as is hex removal. A minion master can help reduce the available corpses for exploitation.
