- It is important to note that while any spells cast directly on the target fail, the target can still be damaged by AoE (Area of Effect) damage targeted on a party member near you.
- While this enchantment cannot be removed by directly targeted spells, it can still be removed by indirect spells, like Well of the Profane, or by skills that aren't spells, such as Signet of Disenchantment.
- Heroes don't cast spells on allies under the effect of Spell Breaker.
- This is a popular skill for 55 monks while in The Underworld.
