Silencing

From Guild Wars Wiki

Silencing is a weapon upgrade that lengthens the duration of the Dazed condition that you inflict upon your foes and yourself by 33%. This affects conditions inflicted by any skill, not just from attack skills, as long as the weapon is equipped when the skill is used.
