Speak to Ludo at the entrance to Shing Jea Monastery to enter. If you skipped the tutorial Mantid Hatchlings, you will learn the skills
gain 2,000 experience, and acquire a Starter Elemental Rod after entering the monastery. You would have already received these if you did the tutorial. Speak to Headmaster Amara, who is to the right, for your reward.

- Hello, there! You look to be an Elementalist, am I correct? Good, then seek out Headmaster Vhang in the monastery. He will oversee your training while you are here. Good luck to you!"
Accept: "I'll seek out Headmaster Vhang"

Ask: "Headmaster Vhang was just looking for you. He is in the monastery. you do not want to be later on your first day!"
