Seed of Suffering is a Torment creature boss that can be found in the Domain of Fear. You will need to cross the bridge behind the local resurrection shrine close to the portal to the Gate of Secrets to find him. Caution while engaging this foe is advised as fighting will most likely take place on said bridge, leaving less space to maneuver but exalting the tactical value of a Ranger's traps at the same time.
