Rot Foulbelly is a Wallow boss that can be encountered in the Melandru's Hope explorable area. He will be patrolling an area in a clockwise direction, accompanied by Nundak the Archer.
It is quicker and easier to reach him by leaving from Lutgardis Conservatory.
