Off-Hand Attack. Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +10...26...30 damage. If it misses, it takes an additional 15 seconds to recharge.

- When used with Way of the Empty Palm and Golden Phoenix Strike, this skill can be used repeatedly and without using any energy (except to cast Way of the Empty Palm).
- Blocking and missing due to skill effects (from Blurred Vision for example) cause the extra recharge to take effect normally. Using this skill without it's pre-required Off-Hand Attack being met will not trigger a recharge due to the instant recharge function of dagger attack skills.
