Uninscribable versions of Platinum Staves come in various attributes.
Inscribable versions can only be linked to the Primary attribute of its respective caster profession (except for Mesmer where they are tied to Inspiration Magic).

Dye affects the wrapping around the staff's handle and the three intricate metal sections near the staff's head. The default color can be closely replicated using yellow dye.

Even though primary attributes usually have one damage type, Platinum Staffs don't adhere to this. For example, an Energy Storage Platinum Staff may have Fire Damage instead of Chaos Damage.
