Anomaly.

Pikin is both the only hero skill trainer to teach seven skills for a profession instead of the usual six (five standard skills plus one Sunspear skill), and to teach the same skill as another hero skill trainer (Shatter Enchantment). Thus, it is likely that Pikin's teaching of Shatter Enchantment was unintended.
