The Orrian Tome is a tome used by the Celestial Ministry to create Signets of Capture for the citizens of Kaineng Center (well, at least for those who can afford to pay for them). From its name, one can assume that it came from the nation of Orr, but how it came to be in the hands of the Celestial Ministry in Cantha is a mystery.

The Orrian Tome is acquired by killing the Am Fah Leader in The Undercity.
