Simply walk from Shing Jea Monastery into Sunqua Vale and speak to Reng Ku in the north.

Child, I can see that one day you will be a great Necromancer. It will be hard work, but I will be here to help you along the way. You must learn to love Grenth and all he stands for. You must care for each corpse as you would your own child. You must accept Death as an ally, and study your Curses and Diseases with ferver. Do all this, and you will surely achieve your potential.
My grandson, Reng Ku, will provide your initial training. I trust his enthusiasm for our craft will rub off on you. Look for him out in Sunqua Vale.
Accept: "I'm ready to begin. I'll look for Reng Ku.""

Ask: "You have not located Reng Ku yet? He said he would wait for you in Sunqua Vale."
