The Kurzick Elite Ranger spawns at the Ranger Shrine in Alliance Battles. This Ranger can be ordered to follow you. To order her to follow you, talk to her. To order her to stop following you, talk to it again. When ordered to follow, she will follow you through the whole battle until either of you dies.
