The Kurzick Bureaucrat allows the player to cash in Kurzick faction for Faction Rewards. Players can trade 5000 Kurzick faction for 1 Amber chunk or 1000 Kurzick faction for 1 Passage Scroll to Urgoz's Warren. They can also trade 3000 Kurzick faction for a Kurzick skill. Trading in Kurzick faction causes a player's account to lose the same amount of Luxon faction until the account has 0 Luxon faction.

There is one Kurzick skill for each profession. For 3,000 Kurzick faction points, you may learn any of these skills. As a bonus, each skill you learn will add 6,000 points to your Friend of the Kurzick title.[sic]

You may not use these skills in PvP, and Heroes you command may not use them at all. To use a Kurzick skill, you must, of course, be the correct profession.

Individuals may be frail, but in numbers we find strength. For this reason, adventurers join guilds and guilds join alliances. So too should an alliance seek a nation to serve. If your alliance is prepared to join us, send your Alliance Leader to speak with the Kurzick Ambassador. If you fight well enough, you may be given command over territories that fall into Kurzick hands.

Gain more ranks in the Friend of the Kurzicks title

Complete the Befriending the Kurzick quest

Complete the Unwaking Waters mission from the Kurzick side

Defeat Urgoz

Win a battle for the Kurzicks at Fort Aspenwood

Win a battle for the Kurzicks at the Jade Quarry

Score 100 points in Altrumm Ruins

Score 100 points at Amatz Basin

Win an Alliance Battle for the Kurzicks

• Raising your alliance's faction for 5,000 faction will add 10,000 points to your Friend of the Kurzicks title.

• Prior to the June 15th, 2007 update, Kurzick Bureaucrats used a different model.
• Only level 20 PvE characters may obtain skills from the Kurzick Bureaucrats.
