- Token of Janthir, a quest item, uses the same inventory icon as this item.
- The collector Sinbi trades 10 Kournan Pendants for scrolls that sell for 400
to a merchant and at least 400 to a rare scroll trader. This provides a return that is at least 1.33 times more than just selling the trophies by themselves.
