Kei Beach is a place on the south-eastern coast of the Zen Daijun area. The pier at this beach serves as a landing place for ships with goods for the nearby Zen Daijun outpost.

Start from Seitung Harbor and head east. To do so, you must have beaten Zen Daijun.
