Stephen Isaiah Cartwright, Skill Balancer, got started in the gaming industry seven years ago with Asheron's Call. He was involved in Asheron's Call 2 and was part of the Mythica development team before joining ArenaNet.

Isaiah Cartwright was the head of the Guild Wars balance team before the Guild Wars Live Team took over its responsibilities. As of February 2009, he is involved in the development of combat, economy, and other unspecified "big systems" for Guild Wars 2.
