Vhang is the Headmaster for Elementalists at the Shing Jea Monastery. Headmaster Vhang is the youngest headmaster the Shing Jea Monastery has ever had, a fact that makes him more than a little arrogant. He is available as a henchman in Kaineng City.

He is labeled as a "Shock Henchman".
