Gursteig's Cavern is a large cave in the southern portion of Bjora Marches. It is home to the infamous Lissah the Packleader and her fellow wolves.

- After you have successfully dispatched Lissah, you will hear a long howl or moan upon leaving the cave. This sound resembles the one the Hunger (of Guild Wars Nightfall) makes.
