The guild ambassador NPC will sell your guild a guild hall in exchange for a Celestial Sigil. You can preview guild halls before making your choice.

Currently, the only known guild ambassadors are Canthan Ambassadors, who are found in the ports for each campaign (Lion's Arch, Kaineng City, and Kamadan, Jewel of Istan) and in the Great Temple of Balthazar.
