Dark Fallen Will [END] is the flagship guild of a highly assistory Guild Wars alliance known as The Dark Fallen Will Society, or more commonly known as The END Alliance. It can be said that their strength lies in their diversity, for by design they seek to master all areas of play that Guild Wars has to offer. This guild, as well as the surrounding alliance holds a great many distinguished players within its ranks, and they have pooled their talents to create a playground for all interests. While much dedication, respect and expertise is committed toward PvE play, [END] is equally concerned with many internal programs which extend their talents into the fields of PvP and GvG. In result, they have become a one-stop-training camp for active and experienced players to hone their talents.
Many of their recruits who arrive are accomplished in the area of PvP, and they have come here to act upon an interest to learn and master the art of high end farming and gold obtainment. To say the least, they not only continue to gain in their interest to learn but also contribute their knowledge and experience of PvP techniques to enhance the many who are also present in the playground.
Within this network of collected expertise there are a great many distinguished players, and it is often that members here achieve mentoring from the local heroes of the ranks. Further, a good many development programs are conducted to instruct players on proper techniques in the areas of underworld farming, hard mode vanquishing, dungeons raiding, as well as the alliance battlefields, PvP arenas and guild versus guild contests. Often the newer members are viewed as students of the art and the programs are run across a wide–spread gamut of player experience. Regardless of the experience level of any given player, it is certain that the player will find challenge and great learning potential while taking advantage of what [END] has to offer. And to say it best, this is a schooling where the pupils never graduate, for when surrounded by such broad-reaching experience there is always more to learn from those around you.
Dark Fallen Will [END] is driven by an adept group of officers. It operates by means of a senate form of government rather than the traditional monarchy approach. The Officers of the guild serve more so as a Board of Directors, and all decisions are determined by debate, concensis and majority vote. Upon the Officers Board there are numerous ex-guild leaders present, all interested in navigating beyond the conventional guild leadership problems that so often cripple guilds. The Guild Leader bestows the power of authority upon The Board and thereafter serves as the conductor of an orchestra. Ultimately [END] believes this government format is the best way to meet the challenges before them, and it has lead to large and stable guild growth since its inception. Currently [END] has birthed the offspring of two sister guilds which now grow through the same fashion of vision and leadership as the [END] model.
