Faction scribe

Faction scribes were NPCs which were only found in the Factions campaign. They were recognized by the "[Faction Transfer]" tag in their name. These scribes allowed your character to transfer faction points to the faction of their allegiance. Note that only characters of guilds who had chosen a side via a faction ambassador could make use of faction scribes. In the June 15th, 2007 update, faction scribes were removed from the game and their services were transferred to the faction reward NPCs (Kurzick Bureaucrats and Luxon Scavengers).
