The Exalted Aegis is a rare shield dropped in the Factions elite missions. It can also be obtained as a green item, in exchange for an Amulet of the Mists, at the end of the factions campaign in the Divine Path.

This shield is based on one of the winning designs by LeeAnn Harrison from the design-a-weapon contest held in 2005. If you look at this shield upside down you see a face - like skull or demon.
