Hex Spell. For 5 seconds, target foe suffers -1...4...5 Health degeneration. If that foe is moving when Enduring Toxin would end, Enduring Toxin is renewed for another 5 seconds.

- This skill is useful in PvP where the constant movement of players such as kiting monks enables this pressure degen to be reapplied indefinitely. However, as it is a hex it is subject to skills such as Remove Hex or Hex Breaker.
