- The collector Makar Thoughtslayer trades 5 Dredge Manifestos for a scroll that sells for 400
to a merchant and at least 400 to a rare scroll trader. This provides a return that is almost three times more than just selling the trophies by themselves.
- The Scroll of Rebellious Rhetoric, a quest item, uses the same inventory icon as this item.

- Manifestos are often used to to rally people around a cause, much as the Communist Manifesto was used by organizers to justify the Russian Revolution.
