Binding Ritual. Create a level 1...8...10 Spirit that dies after 30 seconds. When this Spirit dies, all foes in the area take 1...4...5 damage for each second the Spirit was alive.

Concise description

Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...8...10 spirit (30 second lifespan). On death, it deals 1...4...5 damage to all foes in the area for each second it was alive.
