• Demetrios the Enduring has powerful healing skills which can make him fairly hard to kill. However he has little damage potential, so he can be ignored until the rest of his group is taken out.
• Interrupting Orison of Healing, disabling his skills, applying long-lasting daze or using punishment skills like Backfire greatly help getting him down.
• This boss has a one in six chance of spawning.
