This skill is temporarily acquired by primary Mesmers by talking to Kuunavang in Raisu Palace, Imperial Sanctum or Raisu Palace (explorable area).

- Only recharges after morale boosts.
- Consider using in synergy with Echo or Arcane Echo.
- This skill seems to have a similar abilities to Mantra of Celerity, an elite fast-casting skill removed before Prophecies was released.
