Blindbot

A blindbot, or flashbot, is a character dedicated to keeping enemy melee blinded to decrease the effectiveness of physical attackers.

• Elementalist that spams spells like Blinding Flash or Blinding Surge
• Dervish using Ebon Dust Aura
• Mesmer using Signet of Midnight with Plague Sending

Being primarily utility chars, blindbots will often have a slew of non-offensive spells and utility spells and only one or two damage skills.
