- The Black Widow can be displayed on the "Fellowship" monument in the Hall of Monuments.
- One level 20 Black Widow with a random evolution spawns when one of the following quests are completed:
- Commonly obtained through spider runs. Players can run another player through The Underworld (usually for a fee), simply to acquire the pet.
- Note that if you are able to make such a run, you can capture the spider yourself by bringing a hero to capture the spider for you.
- Black Widows deal piercing damage.
- Unlocking cost: 5
