The Ascalon Academy is the central training institution of the Ascalon Army. Its main building has two distinct clock towers. Access is gained by talking to Sir Tydus and fulfilling the requirements.
When you first arrive you take part in a Player vs Player battle. If you choose to explore, you will find the open fields east of the Academy where the training takes place, complete with targets, weapon racks and even a broken catapult. Tents and a review stand are available so the Intructors may observe in reasonable comfort.
Afterwards you are sent on a mission to help Prince Rurik. This part of the mission is set outside the Academy, just south of its gate. The are several paths to the edge of the lake and a long cave to the south seemingly used to store supplies for the academy.

- The only access to this area is by accepting the mission from Sir Tydus in Ascalon City.
- If you resign (/resign) you will be reset to the beginning of part 2 of the mission, rather than being sent back to Ascalon City.
