An Armbrace of Truth is a collectible item that can be traded for Tormented weapons, and obtained in the Domain of Anguish.

- From a Spirit of Truth in exchange for 60 Anguish Gemstones (15 of each type).
- From a Coffer of Whispers as a random reward.

| Tormented martial weapons for all martial weapon attributes (including all 5 bow types) with perfect Strength and Honor inscriptions. Daggers inflict slashing damage. |
| Tormented shields for all shield attributes with inscription slots and perfect Shield Handle of Fortitude. |
| Tormented focus items for all spellcasting attributes with inscription slots and perfect Focus Core of Fortitude. |
| Tormented scepters for all spellcasting attributes with inscription slots and perfect Wand Wrapping of Memory. |

- This item is commonly misspelled as Ambrace, which started to be seen after the 'duping' incident of 2007. Exploiting a bug, players were able to duplicate items, although this violated the EULA some players cloned hundreds of thousands of armbraces in this time. ArenaNet staff took steps to ban the most egregious offenders, but it is believed that a sizable portion of the armbraces still exist in-game. A cloned armbrace is indistinguishable from a legitimate armbrace.
