Arkjok Ward lies to the south of the more populated areas near the Fortress of Jahai. It is mostly dry but there is fertile farmland towards the northeast. The Kournan military maintain their presence in this area in fortifications built along the river.

The Great Escape is the primary quest that will first lead characters into this area.

Secondary quests that take place in this area include A Little Recon and Drake in a Cage.

• Vanquisher runs of this area without active quests requires defeating around 310 foes. Including quest influences, it has been reported to range from 286 to 362.
  • The A Prescription for Conscription quest in particular will produce a lot more insect spawns.
• It is possible to acquire all of the Sunspear bounties before killing any related foe, resulting in about 1300 Sunspear points for clearing the area. Start from the Jahai Bluffs exit in the north and work through the shrines in a counterclockwise direction until arriving the Mandragor Hunt shrine at the exit into Marga Coast. Turn southeast and head towards the Monster Hunt shrine before turning back to the Yohlon Haven exit for the Insect Hunt bounty.
