Teleport

Teleportation refers to the act of instantaneous travel between two points.

In Guild Wars, teleportation is used by:

• Map-Travel
• Resurrection Shrines
• Teleportation Skills
• Teleporters
• Some NPCs, such as the Lich.

Teleportation skills

Player skills

• Rebirth (resurrected ally to you)
• Unyielding Aura (resurrected ally to you)
• Necrotic Traversal (to corpse)
• Consume Corpse (to corpse)
• Sunspear Rebirth Signet (resurrected ally to you)

Monster skills

• Carrier's Defense (monster skill)
• Summoning Shadows (monster skill)
• Echoing Banishment (monster skill)
• Soul Vortex (monster skill)

Notes

• Teleportation is similar to Shadow stepping, but ignores the restriction on pathing. This means players can use teleportation to move through obstacles such as walls or gates.
• Unlike Shadow Step, if you are carrying a bundle, you will not drop it while teleporting.
