Notes
- While knocked down, Siege Turtles have drastically reduced armor (approximately 20 armor in most or all hit locations) and their monster skill Turtle Shell is temporarily nullified. Unfortunately, the Juggernaut is the only creature that can knock them down.
- When using Siege Turtle Attack, the turtles are resistant to interrupts and routinely requires several attempts to interrupt. Because it is a skill and not a spell, Dazed will not help interrupt it and the majority of mesmer interrupts are ineffective.
- Hammer knockdown skills will not knock the turtle down but it will always interupt the siege attack.
- The Siege Turtles in Fort Aspenwood will not move if any enemy is within their siege attack range until the enemy moves out of range (slightly smaller than the range of most spirits) or is killed, even if the view of their target is completely obstructed.
Trivia
- It has a miniature version: the Miniature Siege Turtle.
- In ancient Japanese mythology there were gigantic turtles that carried heavy loads, much like the Siege Turtles
