The Reaper of the Twin Serpent Mountains is one of the Reapers of the Underworld, servants of Grenth who have been imprisoned by the Terrorweb Dryders. To summon the Reaper of the Twin Serpent Mountains you need to kill the Terrorweb Dryders around Grenth's monument in the Twin Serpent Mountains.

"Long ago, the god of death was challenged to a duel by two brothers. Grenth was so angered by these two mortals, that instead of simply granting them the sweet peace of death, he turned them into twin serpents and forced them to serve him in the Rift for the rest of eternity. This mountain stands as a reminder to all those who serve Grenth. Be careful that you do not incur such a punishment."

• Like the other Reapers of the Underworld, if the Reaper of the Twin Serpent Mountains dies, you will be removed from the Underworld.
• The Reaper of the Twin Serpent Mountains can teleport players to the other Reapers after they have been freed (see Restoring Grenth's Monuments).
