Acquisition
- Talk to Seeker of Whispers [Lightbringer Ranks] in Chantry of Secrets after attaining the first rank of the Lightbringer title.
Notes
- This effect is not a skill that can be equipped on the skill bar. While a character displays the Lightbringer title, this effect is applied as a buff to that character and all of their heroes.
- This title only works on Nightfall Demons. It will not work on Prophecies Titans, Shiro'ken (in Nightfall or Factions), Demons in the Dragon Festival, or Demons found in the Tomb of the Primeval Kings because they aren't "demonic servants of Abaddon".
- This effect can be very useful with a 55 monk using Protective Spirit at rank 5, this will reduce all damage to zero until it is "used up" (see bug note).
Bug.The damage reduction does not work infinitely. Re-displaying the title resets the amounts of damage reductions.
Trivia
- The Latin name "Lucifer" is best translated "Light-bringer/maker", and first appeared as a name for the deity Venus. Some apocryphal Hebrew texts speak about a fallen angel, whose concept was merged with the name in the 4th century to form a description of the Christian Devil.
