The Kurzick Elite Elementalist spawns at the Elementalist Shrine in Alliance Battles. This Elementalist can be ordered to follow you. To order her to follow you, talk to her. To order her to stop following you, talk to it again. When ordered to follow, she will follow you through the whole alliance battle until she dies.
