- The description is somewhat inaccurate. This skill causes the NPC to be untargetable (meaning skills targeting it cannot be activated), immune to damage (meaning any indirect damage, such as that from AoE effects or skills such as Retribution is negated) and gives the monster +20 health regeneration (this bypasses the ordinary +/-10 cap, meaning the monster actually gains 40 health per second). As a result, it is virtually impossible to kill creatures with this skill active; however, it is possible using a combination of Vengeful Was Khanhei and Vengeful Weapon, as Invulnerability does not prevent life stealing. However, this requires both a considerable amount of energy on the part of the caster and a very high attack speed on the part of NPC, usually achieved only in Hard Mode. Unholy Feast can also damage these creatures, but because of its recharge time, it is not enough to kill one on its own.
